The Bible is God-breathed, inerrant, Scripture.  It was written by Godly men over many years.  It is the absolute truth and the devil wants you to believe that it is not true and has no bearing on today's world.  Study the Bible, read it everyday.  Before reading ask God to inspire you or show you something new in it.  Get on your knees and ask the Lord to guide you as you read it.  Through much Bible study you will find yourself growing more courageous and more content.
Learn to rely on God with all your heart.  To trust him as you enter into any difficult or trying situation.  Realize that the Lord is always beside you and he knows all your thoughts and all your difficulties.  There is nothing lost on God, he knows all your troubles.  God is the source of stability and peace.  Trust in him completely.  Do not lean unto your own understanding but trust in what you cannot see.  Trust in God.
